All prices stated are final prices and include statutory sales tax and other price components, unless otherwise stated.

The provider requires advance payment by credit card for the booked appointment. The full amount is due immediately after booking.

4. Cancellations

All personal data is treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the contract processing or the provider is legally obliged to do so.

6. Recordings and notes

The conversations are expressly not recorded by the provider and no notes are taken.

The customer is, however, free to take notes themselves.

7. Liability

The provider is not a therapist, psychologist or graduate in the humanities and does not follow any life coaching technique. The service offered does not replace professional psychological or medical advice or treatment.

The provider is only liable for damages that are due to intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty by the provider, its legal representatives or vicarious agents.

8. Final provisions

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the registered office of the provider.

If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are ineffective or lose their effectiveness due to a circumstance occurring later, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
